What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

Personal data will be processed – depending on the scope of your voluntary consent – in order to participate in the recruitment process or participate in recruitment processes in the future.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. participate in the recruitment process for the position indicated by you, in the scope of personal data indicated in art. 2211 and 4 of the Labor Code. In case of your voluntary consent also in the field of image or other data voluntarily provided

or

  1. in order to participate in future recruitment processes for a position indicated by you or similar, in terms of personal data indicated in art. 2211 and 4 of the Labor Code, and in the case of your voluntary consent also in the field of image or other personal data voluntarily provided.

In order to dispel doubts, photos or other data not required by the provisions of the Labor Code shown in your CV and other applications, will be tantamount to consenting to their processing, respectively in order to participate in an individual recruitment process or to participate in future recruitment processes.

At the same time, the Administrator asks not to include in the application documents data inadequate to carry out recruitment processes, in particular, such as: marital status, having children, exact address, date of birth. These data should not be provided in the recruitment process.

Do you need to provide us with your personal data?

We do not force you to do it but without providing them we are not able to include you in the recruitment process.

Who do we share your personal data with?

The company PIOTR WĄSIK SPECIALTECH does not share your data with other entities.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The company PIOTR WĄSIK SPECIALTECH stores your personal data for a period depending on your consent. If you have consented to the processing of your personal data only in the recruitment process that interests you, your personal data will be deleted at the end of the recruitment process. It will take no longer than 6 months from the moment they were sent to us. However, if you have consented to use your personal data for other recruitment processes, we will store them for a period of 36 months from the moment they were sent to us.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Administrator is your voluntary consent resulting from legal provisions, in particular the Labor Code (Article 6 (1) (a) or (c) of the Regulation of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to data processing personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC).

What is the right to be forgotten?

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
